The Regime were created in 1960, at first being known as the Hellfire Club. After the destruction of the members of the Club, due to the first members of the Initiative; the survivors became known as the Regime. Originally, they were led by a council until Julianne Cline aka Omen murdered that council and named herself the Empress. Under her rule, the Regime got closer than they ever had in years to wiping out humanity. Though, they were once again stopped by the Initiative. It was after the death of Julianne that Scceptrum Everheart took over the Regime and they have been successful in maintaining a strong presence in Justicar ever since. As opposed to the Initiative, the Regime believes that the end always justifies the means, they aren’t afraid to use lethality in those means either. Their agenda is one that fights for dominance against the humans, desiring to prove their superiority over their weaker, non-powered cousin. They desire a world in which Inhumans are not constantly threatened by humans and revenge for the injustice that’s been dealt out to them over the years. Capability, power and justice are valued foremost here.
